Late Entries | Late entries must be received within four weeks of the closing dates. They must be on an entry form together with the exam fee and a late fee ($80). No late entry for PET, BEC or ICFE. |
Individual | If you have not entered through a language school and you want your results & certificate sent to an overseas address, please add $20 to cover the cost of registered overseas mail. |

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once entered candidates cannot transfer from one exam level to another, candidates cannot defer their entry
from one examination session to another, and cannot withdraw & receive a refund*
- Make cheques payable to CAMBRIDGE EXAMINATIONS
- In each city, there must be in any one session a minimum of ten (10) candidates in any one examination as per UCLES Guidelines for Minimum Entries for Cambridge EFL examinations.
- Candidates must sit for all the papers for any of the exams in the same city and in the same session.
- Applications for special arrangements must be made at the time of enrolment with recent documentation (within 2 years)
* Partial refunds may be given if a medical certificate is produced.
** Candidates cannot sit for both the FCE and CAE exams in the March session as the exams are on the same day.
